Greetings!

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the New Year! On that note, the New Year comes New Year's resolutions...which somewhat relates to my topic here about Cooking Made Simple and Light. I know many people, especially women, make a New Year's resolution each year to lose weight. Well, how about making that resolution a reality instead of just a dream?

This blog will consist of healthy, low-fat, low-calorie recipes for those who want to live a healthier and longer life. See my videos and two favorite web sites for more healthy tips on cooking.

Soon I'll be posting some of my favorite recipes from my favorite Food Network gal, Rachael Ray.
